This sweet dish is wonderful. The sweet taste of honey, crisp of walnuts and chewy figs makes a perfect dish.


  1. Eight dried figs.
  2. Sixteen walnuts
  3. Honey 1tbsp.
  4. ¼ cup of part-skim cheese(ricotta).

Steps for making at home:

  • Heat the walnuts for two minutes to toast them and then cool them.
  • Cut the fig into to halves.
  • Make a hollow hole in the Armenian dried figs and stuff some cheese in it.
  • Put walnut on the fig in the cheese.
  • Pour honey on the walnuts and figs
  • Enjoy the sweetness.

  • Twenty-four figs (dried)
  • Gorgonzola cheese.

  • Twenty-four toasted pecans.
  • Balsamic vinegar.


  • Mix gorgonzola and asiago cheese and add fresh pepper to it.
  • Make a deep cut in all the figs (don’t cut fully) but make a deep one.
  • Stuff the cheese inside the figs.
  • Now insert pecans with force inside the figs.
  • Pour balsamic vinegar on the figs.
